I gotta start off by saying the BEST breakfast burritos!! I'm a tough critic when it comes to those and their homemade burritos & hot salsa we're hands down the best I've ever had. Everything was phenomenal. The latte was very good, food was awesome, & service was personal & incredible. Perfect little down home gem. 👍☕

Shiloh Café is a hidden gem in Black Canyon City! Their signature burritos are bursting with flavor, the coffee drinks are expertly crafted, and the pastries are simply divine. Friendly service and a cozy atmosphere make every visit a delight. Highly recommend!

⸻ We had the pleasure of stopping here on our way to Sedona, and it turned out to be the perfect pick-me-up to keep us energized for the rest of our trip. The affogato with strawberries was outstanding — the perfect balance of rich espresso and fresh, sweet fruit. Every dish we ordered featured incredibly fresh, flavorful ingredients, which truly set this spot apart. The açaí bowl and the yogurt parfait were particular favorites with my two daughters, both beautifully prepared and delicious. Thank you for the wonderful food and warm hospitality — it was exactly what we needed. We’ll definitely be recommending this place to friends and family traveling through the area!

Made a random pit stop here while on a roadtrip, and I'm glad to have found this place. The Mexican mocha was delicious. The white chocolate raspberry muffin was quite a unique item on the menu, and that was tasty as well. The barista was very nice and friendly! Overall, I would highly recommend this place. 5 stars!!

We decided to stop here for coffee and snacks instead of the gas station, and man was it a good decision. I didn't expect such a high quality coffee shop to be in a tiny town like this. The bagel was delicious- perfect salt level. I liked that they had a half portion of acai bowl available. The coffee was good and not too sweet, and service was nice. The only suggestion I would make is to offer a vegetarian breakfast burrito (they just had 3 meat flavors.) Overall though, it was a great stop and I'll be stopping in again for sure.

Wonderful spot in Black Canyon City. Locals who live here have positive interactions and they are regulars. The coffee was a bit acidic for my palette but the cinnamon rolls were PERFECT.

Update: They responded fast to what I said and explained why it happened. I was happy for the efficient communication but it gets better! I went in to pick up my order and the man at the counter apologized for what happened. He told me the place was going through renovations last week and had expanded the shop, so they can sit more people. I told him it was fine, but even offered me a free pastry for the hassle. I couldn't express enough how thankful I was for his generosity! 🙏 Haven't tried the blueberry muffin yet but it looks yummy, as do all their baked goods. The parfait was as delicious a the first time, if not better! And the caramel frappe was so good! 😋 Great food, great employees and great prices, all which are rare to find nowadays. Original review: Does anyone know why this place is closed? I just went there last week, their parfait was one of the best I ever had and now they're closed 😭

I had a great time just stopping for coffee. It felt good to find a healthy and tasty place to get my caffeine!(the location is amazing halfway between Sedona and Phoenix so when your morning cup runs out refill it along the way)
